Ingredients:
• 1kg – ladies finger
• 1 cup – Curd
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut the ladies finger into small pieces and deep fry in oil.
- Add salt, asafetida and fried ladies finger to the curd and serve.
