Ingredients:

• 20 Cloves – Fresh Garlic
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder (or according to taste)
• 1/2 tsp – Salt (or according to taste)
• 2 tsp – Vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Peel and grind the garlic to a paste.
  2. Add the chilly powder, salt and oil to the garlic and mix thoroughly.
  3. You should have a thick, but smooth paste.
