Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Potato
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 50 g – Cashew nuts
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Green chilli – 4
• Coriander – 1 tsp
• 1 – Lemon
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 kg – Tomato
• 200 g – peas
• Dry Masala:
• 2 tbsp – coriander
• 1 tbsp – cumin
• 10 – Red Chilli

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes and crush them
  2. Then add salt, ginger, green chilli, coriander, lemon, sugar and a little corn flour to it
  3. Make an oval shaped dough and deep fry it
  4. Boil peas, cut cashew nuts
  5. Fry dry masala and make fine powder.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp oil and add cashew nuts, dry masala, garam masala and cook for 2 mins
  7. Add tomato puree, milk and turmeric
  8. After kadhi is ready add fried dough of potatoes in it and sprinkle coriander on it.
  9. Serve.
