Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – Cumin seed
• 1 tsp – dried Mint leaf powder
• 1 tsp – Amchoor (dried mango) powder
• 1/2 tsp – dried green or bleached chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – sugar, powdered
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Lightly roast cumin seeds on a warmed griddle or tawa.
  2. Remove on to a plate, crush with in mortar and pestle or with stone.
  3. Cool to room temperature, add all other ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Use over fresh breads, buns, pastas, rice, fresh fruit, etc.
