Ingredients:

• 1 cup – peas shelled
• 1/2 cup- French beans (chopped)
• 1/2 cup- Carrots (chopped)
• 1 cup – Cauliflower (chopped)
• 2 – medium sized Potatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 cup- Paneer cubes
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Cream
• salt
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Oregano
• green coriander

Method:

  1. Melt butter, add peas, French beans, carrots, cauliflower and potatoes.
  2. Cook till vegetables become soft.
  3. Add cream, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle oregano.
  6. Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot.
