Ingredients:

• 8 – Mint leaves
• 4 – Mint sprigs
• 3 – white Sugar sachets
• 45 ml – White rum
• 2 – Lemon wedges
• 2 – Lemon slices

Method:

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a mixing glass gently.
  2. Add the lemon slices to the mixture and muddle lightly again.
  3. Add the rum and pour directly into a rocks glass filled with finely crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon wedges.
