Ingredients:

• 1 – radish grated
• 2 tbsp – moong dal, soaked for 1 hr
• 5 ml – Vinegar
• Small piece – ginger, shredded
• 1 – Green chilli
• A few – Mint leaves
• A few Coriander leaves
• A pinch – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Chaat powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Toss all the ingredients together and set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
