Ingredients:
• 400 g – Mushroom
• 2 – Onions
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1and1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Oil
• Salt
• Coriander leaves/curry leaves, optional
Method:
- Clean the mushroom (cut each into 6 pieces).
- Place in a vessel and add coconut milk, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper and garam masala.
- Cover and cook till it becomes a thick gravy (mushrooms give out excess water when cooked).
- Keep this gravy aside.
- In the same pot, add heat oil, add onion, add ginger garlic, tomato and saute till it is golden brown.
- Add salt.
- When it is done, add the gravy which was kept aside.
- Stir well, make it a dry fry and add oil if needed.
