
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Mutton
• 2 Onions (finely chopped)
• 5 to 7 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
• A few chopped Mint leaves
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
• 3 to 4 tbsps refined oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash the mutton pieces
- Pressure cook the mutton with chopped onions, green chillies, pepper powder sufficient water and salt for ten minutes
- Add water accordingly because the onions give off lot of water
- Heat oil in an iron kadai, add chopped mint leaves and saute for few seconds
- Add the whole mutton mixture into it and slowly keep stirring till the mutton is well coated with the masala
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
