Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 200 gms – Green peas
• 1 – Coconut
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 4 – pepper Corns
• 1/2 – Onion
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt To taste
• A few – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Cook the meat in a large vessel with water and required salt.
  2. Add green peas and boil till cooked.
  3. Grind masala to a fine paste.
  4. Fry a sliced onion in hot ghee or butter.
  5. Sprinkle the maida flour and stir.
  6. When brown, add cooked meat, masala and its water. Salt to taste.
  7. Add lime juice to taste, simmer for 15 mins.
