Ingredients:

• green gram (moong) dal – ½ cup
• grated Carrot – 2 cup
• Orange 1, peeled and chopped
• green chilies 2, chopped
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Raw Mango – ½ cup, chopped finely
• grated Coconut – ½ cup
• oil – 2 tsp
• mustard – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves few
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak dal in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain and mix with all the ingredients from carrot to grated coconut.
  3. Heat oil in small fry pan.
  4. Season with mustard and curry leaves.
  5. Add to the kosumbari and mix well.
