
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – coconut milk
• Sugar to taste
• 1 – stick of cinnamon
• 2 – cloves
• 2 – pods of cardamom
• 1 cup – maida
• 1 tbsp – cashews
• 1 tbsp – raisins
Method:
- Add a splash of water to 1/2 cup maida and knead into dough.
- Roll it out and cut into diamond shapes.
- In a pan, heat coconut milk along with the spices, sugar and the remaining 1/2 cup maida. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed as you bring it to a simmer.
- Then add the diamond-shaped maida to the pan.
- Bring to a boil. Then take off heat.
- Garnish with cashews and raisins and serve hot.
