Ingredients:

• 5 bunches – Spinach
• 100 g – button Mushrooms
• 15 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 10 – Curry leaves
• 1/4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tbsp – ajinomoto
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt and oil as required

Method:

  1. Take a vessel, cook the spinach and keep it aside.
  2. Take a frying pan, add oil and fry the chopped onions and green chillies into a paste.
  3. Fry the paste till it turns golden brown.
  4. Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the spinach paste to this and cook for 3 mins.
  6. Add boiled mushrooms to it and cook for 6 mins.
  7. Now add ajinomoto, sugar, coriander powder and allow it cook for 2 mins.
  8. Remove the pan from stove and transfer to a serving bowl.
  9. Add cream and butter and mix well.
  10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
