Ingredients:

• 250 g – Peanuts
• 2 tsp – Sago flour
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp – saunf/fennel
• 1 tsp – khus khus/poppy seeds
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Crush the peanuts into thick powder.
  2. Mix the crushed peanuts, sago flour, saunf, khus khus, spices, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar and salt and make small round balls.
  3. Deep fry them and serve.
