Ingredients:

• 1/2 litre – Wheat puffs, cleaned, hard kernels removed.
• 1 cup – murmure (puffed rice).
• 2 tbsp – roasted skinned peanuts.
• 2 tbsp – boiled brown chickpeas, cold (optional).
• 2 slices – Raw Mango chopped finely.
• 1 – onion, chopped finely.
• 1 – carrot, grated.
• 1 – small green chilli, finely chopped.
• 1 – potato, boiled, cooled, peeled, chopped.
• 1 – small Green chilli crushed or finely chopped.
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped.
• 1 tiny flake – garlic.
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• 1 tsp – Olive oil.
• 1/2 tsp – salt.

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a large salad bowl.
  2. Crush garlic into it and mix the chilli well.
  3. Mix in chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, whip well.
  4. Add all chopped veggies, peanuts, chickpeas.
  5. Toss to coat evenly all over.
  6. To serve:
  7. Add murmure and wheat puffs, mix them well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve immediately.
