Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Rice
• 3/4 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/4 cup – Methi seeds
• 1/4 cup – Poha

Method:

  1. Soak all the ingredients for about 3 hours and grind them.
  2. Add salt and leave overnight.
  3. Next morning prepare the dosa.
