Ingredients:

• 4 – dessert apples
• 1 – fresh Pear (optional)
• 1 – Orange
• 1 – medium sized Capsicum
• 4 – Carrots
• 4 – sticks Celery
• 1/2 Cucumber
• a few Raisins

Method:

  1. Chop the fruits coarsely.
  2. Grate the vegetables.
  3. Mix in a bowl and put to chill.
  4. Add curd dressing, if required.
  5. Serve as a cold accompaniment.
