• 1 cup – fresh pomegranate.
• 3 cups – yogurt/non-fat curds.
• 2 tbsps – rock salt.
• fresh Mint leaves for garnish.
• A pinch of freshly ground black pepper or garam masala.
- Beat the chilled curd with a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Add the salt and pepper and stir.
- Then add the pomegranate and swirl it around in the yogurt.
- Place the mint leaves in the centre of the bowl for decoration.
