Ingredients:

• green apple-1 cup diced.
• Cooked Pineapple -1 cup chopped.
• Papaya -1/2 cup.
• Mango -1/2 cup.
• Potato (boiled and diced) – 1/2cup.
• Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup.
• Roasted sesame seeds -1 tsp.
• Tamarind paste – 1 tsp.
• Dates paste -1tbsp.
• Curd – 1/4cup.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp.
• Green chillies (minced) – 2.
• Lime juice – 1 tsp.

Method:

  1. Add the diced fruits and potato to a salad bowl.
  2. Add lime juice to prevent discolouration.
  3. In another bowl, blend tamarind paste, dates paste, sugar, green chillies, salt, pepper and curd.
  4. Add this dressing to the salad.
  5. Top with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds. Toss well and serve.
