Ingredients

– 200 gm basmati rice, washed
– 200 gm prawns (cleaned, shelled and deveined)
– 10 gm peas
– 100 ml curds
– 2 finely chopped onions
– 2 tablespoon garlic-ginger paste
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
– Salt, pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
– 2 black cardamoms
– 2-3 cloves
– 1 small stick cinnamon
– 2 bay leaves
– 2 tablespoon oil
– 300 ml water

How To Make?

1. Apply chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, curds, salt and pepper to the prawns and keep aside for half an hour to marinate.
2. Now, take a microwave safe bowl and add oil, whole garam masala and onions. Covered it and microwave it at 100% power for 2 minute.
3. Then add rice, prawns and water to it and mix it well. Microwave covered for 8 minutes at 100% power and then for 6 minute at 60% power. Stir in between.
4. Standing time for 3 to 5 minute to be given.
5. serve hot with curds or raita.
