Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Boiled Chickpeas
• 1/2 cup – Tofu
• 2 – Boiled Potatoes (medium)
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Onion
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Crushed kasoori Methi
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – Breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp – Channa masala
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Oil for shallow frying.
Method:
- Mix chickpeas, tofu & potato in a bowl.
- Mash them with a wooden spatula.
- Then add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- Now add all the spices with lemon juice into it and mix well.
- Divide the mix into equal portions and shape them into tikkis.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry both the sides until brown.
- Serve hot.
