Protein Wheat Dosa


• 250 g – Wheat flour.
• 100 g – soya powder.
• 50 g – Garam Masala powder.
• 50 g – Olive oil.
• salt.


  1. Mix chapatti flour with soy powder (Use ratio 4:1).
  2. Add a little garam masala powder. Add salt.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with water until you get a semi-thick dosa batter.
  4. On a non-stick frying pan, spread half a tsp of olive oil.
  5. Spread dosa batter on pan and cook till both sides are light brown in colour.
  6. Serve dosa with coconut chutney and sambar.
