Ingredients:

• Big Onion – 1.
• Pudina and coriander- 1 big bunch.
• Curry leaves – 2 sprigs.
• Coconut – 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies 3 – 4.
• Ginger- a small piece.
• Tamarind paste – 1 tsp.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Finely chop pudina, coriander and ginger.
  2. Grind it in the mixer with all the other ingredients.
  3. It goes well with idlis and dosas.
