Ingredients:

• 600 gms. Chicken pieces, prefrebly boneless
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1 cup Hunt’s Tomato puree
• 1 tsp Tomato paste
• 3 tblsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tblsp Vinegar
• 2 tblsp tandoori masala
• 2 tblsp oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients and keep aside. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and arrange the marinated chicken. Cover and cook till the gravy dries up and the chicken is well coated with masalas.
  2. Serve with steamed basmati rice or with hot butter parathas.
