hung curd 1/2 small cup
sugar 1/2 small cup
suger powdered 1 tablespoon
sugar powdered 1/2 tablespoon for dusting.
saffron strands few
take same quantity(1:1) of sugar and chakka in a heavy bottom pan.


cook on low heat.
once sugar melts add saffron .
keep stirring till all the water evaporate and mixture starts leaving the pan.
take the pan off the heat.
stir nicely for few more minutes.
add powdered sugar .
Mix it. Mixture will turn thick mass.
sprinkle little sugar on clean kitchen platform and transfer this maas there.
with a rolling pin roll it evenly (as thick you want). cut to desired shapes.
