Ingredients:

• For seasoning:
• 5 tbsp-oil
• 1 tsp -mustard seeds
• 1 tsp -cumin seeds,
• 1 tsp -split pigeon peas,
• 1 tsp -split black gram
• Other ingredients:
• 1 cup-whole Wheat flour
• oil
• 1 tbsp -curd
• water
• 1 tbsp- Sugar
• For curry:
• 5 -potatoes-medium size
• 4- onions- medium size
• 6-chillies
• 1/4 cup- Lemon water
• Ginger -garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp-turmeric
• salt
• 1 tsp-curry powder
• masala
• 2 -tomatoes-medium size

Method:

  1. Prepare dough with whole wheat flour, add sugar, curd, oil, and water and leave aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients.
  3. Add onions and fry till brown.
  4. Add chillies and ginger -garlic paste and tomatoes.
  5. Now add potatoes,salt, curry powder, turmeric and masala.
  6. Once it’s cooked, add lemon juice.
  7. Make round balls with dough and roll into rotis.
  8. Place some of the filling in the middle and fold the edges, closing it completely.
  9. Heat it on a pan for 5 minutes or heat it in an oven at a low temperature.
  10. Serve hot.
