Ingredients:
• mangoes (medium sized) – 4 to 5
• Red Chilli powder – 4 tbsps
• Mustard powder – 3 tbsps
• Salt to taste
• Methi seeds – 2 tsps
• Oil – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut the mangoes into medium pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients along with the mangoes in a dry bowl.
- Put the pickle in a bottle.
- After a day, the pickle will give out water.
- Stir the pickle well. It’s ready to serve.
