Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 1 bunch – beans
• A few florets – Cauliflower
• 1 – small Capsicum
• 1 – potato, medium size
• 1 cup – frozen Green peas
• 1 -onion
• Sambar powder – to taste
• Butter – for frying Onion
• Garam masala, to taste
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2cup -milk
• 1/2 cup – Cream

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables vertically as you will cut for aviyal.
  2. Deep-fry carrot, beans, cauliflower, capsicum, potato in oil.
  3. Put tawa, heat the butter and fry the onion.
  4. Add the fried vegetables.
  5. If you are using frozen green peas, add them to the vegetables and onion.
  6. Otherwise, boil the green peas and then add them to the vegetables.
  7. Add sambhar powder, garam masala, salt.
  8. Let it cook for some time.
  9. Before removing from the stove, add milk and cream.
