Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Pork chops
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – mustard powder
• 3 tbsp – Worcestershire/soya sauce
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• salt
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – peppercorns
• 3 – onions, sliced finely
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 – one inch pieces of Cinnamon
• 3 – Cloves
• 3 – potatoes, boiled and cut into halves

Method:

  1. Marinate the chops with all the ingredients (except the potatoes) for about one hour.
  2. Transfer it to a suitable pan and cook it on high heat for about 3 mins stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the chops are tender.
