Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg- Sweet Potato
• 1/4 cup -sabudana flour
• 1/4 cup -arrowroot
• 1 cup -ghee
• 1 tbsp -cashew nut, almond, powdered
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder
• Milk
• 1 cup -ghee
• 2 cups- Sugar for syrup
• Rose petals for garnishing

Method:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes, peel and mash.
  2. Add saabudhana flour, arrowroot, powdered cashew nuts, almonds, and cardamom powder.
  3. Knead well with a little milk.
  4. Make a sugar syrup with water and sugar.
  5. Shape the above mixture into a pedha .
  6. Fry in ghee and add to the sugar syrup.
  7. Serve garnished with rose petals.
