Ingredients:

• 250 g – Karela
• 50 g – Ginger
• 2 – Lemon
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2-3 tsp – pickle masala
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut karela and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Add salt and pickle powder. Mix them well.
  3. Add lemon juice (2 lemons). Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Allow the mustard seeds to splutter and then add to the above mixture. Cook till done.
