Ingredients:
• 250 g – Karela
• 50 g – Ginger
• 2 – Lemon
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2-3 tsp – pickle masala
• salt
Method:
- Cut karela and ginger into small pieces.
- Add salt and pickle powder. Mix them well.
- Add lemon juice (2 lemons). Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Allow the mustard seeds to splutter and then add to the above mixture. Cook till done.
