Ingredients:

• 6 – strawberries
• 3 inch piece – Cooking chocolate
• 1/2 tsp – Oil
• 2 tsp – Thickened Cream

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry strawberries nicely and keep the leaves intact.
  2. Place the cooking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt it in microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  4. Mix it well and make a smooth sauce.
  5. Add oil for a glistening effect.
  6. Hold strawberries by the leaves and dip each one in this chocolate sauce to cover 3/4 of the portion.
  7. Keep these coated strawberries in the freezer for around 10-15 minutes till the chocolate sets.
  8. Arrange them in a serving plate and drizzle thickened cream over it.
