Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – cold Milk
• 1 – small ripe Avocado
• 1 – small potato, boiled, peeled
• 1 – sprig Spring onion greens, finely chopped
• 1 – small carrot, grated
• 1 – small Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Basil leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – sugar, ground
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 pinches – black salt
• 2 pinches – chaat masala powder
• 2 tsp – cheese spread

Method:

  1. Put avocado, potato, chilli and lemon juice in a small electric jar. Grind to a smooth paste.
  2. Add milk, cheese spread, salt and sugar and run again till smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Add spring onions, carrot, cumin, black salt, chaat masala and basil and fold in.
  5. Refrigerate till required.
  6. Serve as a general dip.
