Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp – flour
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Warm the milk with a little water in a pan.
  2. Mix in the flour and stir to get a smooth paste.
  3. Add butter, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
  5. Can be used for any dish that calls for white sauce.
