• 3 tbsp – flour
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – salt
- Warm the milk with a little water in a pan.
- Mix in the flour and stir to get a smooth paste.
- Add butter, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Cook for 3 or 4 minutes on low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
- Can be used for any dish that calls for white sauce.
