Ingredients:
• 1/2 tsp – falooda seeds (soaked in 25 ml – water)
• 1.5 tsp – rose syrup
• 200 ml – chilled water
• 2 to 3 pinches – Lemon rind, finely grated
Method:
- Make sure the soaked seeds have bloated completely.
- Add some more water if required.
- Stir together all ingredients in a tall glass.
- Drink either with or without lemon juice added.
