• 2 – medium Potatoes
• Salt – to taste
• 2 tsp – dry Parsley leaves


  1. Peel and slice the potatoes thin with a mandolin slicer.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 F.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking sheet and arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle with the salt and parsley.
  5. Bake for an hour until the chips turns super crisp.
