• 2 – medium Potatoes
• Salt – to taste
• 2 tsp – dry Parsley leaves
- Peel and slice the potatoes thin with a mandolin slicer.
- Preheat the oven to 175 F.
- Line a baking tray with baking sheet and arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle with the salt and parsley.
- Bake for an hour until the chips turns super crisp.
