Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Whole meal flour
• 1/2 cup – Plain flour
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 1 Egg – yolk
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• A few Cashewnuts or Almonds to decorate.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Cream the butter and sugar well.
- Add the egg yolk and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now add the flour and knead it into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into walnut sized balls.
- Flatten the portion and press a cashewnut or almond on the top.
- Place it on the tray.
- Now bake it in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins.
