
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-pourpose flour
• 1/2 cup – moongdal
• 1/2 cup – riceflour
• 1/4 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – chopped Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – cumin
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Soak moongdal in water for 30 min and drain them.
- In a bowl, add maida, riceflour, soaked moongdal, dry red chilli powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin, salt and add warm oil.
- Mix them well with water and knead well into a dough.
- Now take a small amount of mixture and make a ball.
- Roll each ball into a round not very thin.
- Cut them into round shapes called chat-pat.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these chat-pat in the oil and fry them till golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
