
Ingredients:
• 250 g – fish fillets
• 1 cup – boiled potatoes, mashed
• 2 slices – bread
• 4 flakes – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – black Rock Salt
• 1 tbsp – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Coriander leaves
• Groundnut
Method:
- Boil the fish fillets in salted water until soft and tender. Then mash the fish and mix with mashed boiled potatoes.
- Now soak the bread slices in water and take them out gradually and squeeze them
- Add the mashed bread into the mixture, gradually add all the spices, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to taste
- Mix the ingredients well and make small balls
- Heat oil in a pan and gradually put the balls in the oil and deep fry for 3 mins
- Take them out and sprinkle some coriander leaves on the chops and serve hot with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
