Ingredients:

• 250 g – fish fillets
• 1 cup – boiled potatoes, mashed
• 2 slices – bread
• 4 flakes – Ginger
• 1 tbsp – black Rock Salt
• 1 tbsp – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Coriander leaves
• Groundnut

Method:

  1. Boil the fish fillets in salted water until soft and tender. Then mash the fish and mix with mashed boiled potatoes.
  2. Now soak the bread slices in water and take them out gradually and squeeze them
  3. Add the mashed bread into the mixture, gradually add all the spices, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to taste
  4. Mix the ingredients well and make small balls
  5. Heat oil in a pan and gradually put the balls in the oil and deep fry for 3 mins
  6. Take them out and sprinkle some coriander leaves on the chops and serve hot with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
