
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – mixed vegetables, cut into small pieces and pressure cooked with a little salt
• Onion – 1 medium, cut into small pieces
• Lima Bean or Rajma beans cooked – 1/2 cup cooked
• Rice flour, besan and Maida – 2 tbsps each
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
• Green chillies – 3, finely chopped
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera -1/2 tsp
• Dhania powder and Garam Masala – 1 tsp each
• Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste and little Turmeric powder
• Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a large pan and fry the onions. Add jeera, turmeric powder and garam masala to it.
- Grind the vegetables and rajma in a blender.
- Add this mixture to the onion in the pan. Then add everything else, but the flours.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until the mixture becomes semi-solid.
- Allow it to cool a bit and then add the flours – little by little – and keep stirring the mixture.
- After the mixture reaches the consistency of something like chapatti dough, make small balls and roll them flat.
- Cut into desired shapes and roast on a hot tawa.
- Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
