Ingredients:
• 2 cups – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 cup – evaporated Milk
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
Method:
- Mix grated coconut, milk and jaggery in a heavy bottomed vessel and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Turn down the flame and cook in sim until the liquid evaporates and the mix turns thick.
- Make little balls with the slightly warm mixture with your hands.
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least two hours.
