Ingredients:

• Coconut – 1
• Kokam – 7 -8
• Garlic – 4 Cloves
• Green chilli – 1
• Coriander leaves – 1 tsp chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak kokum in 3 tbsp of warm water. Grind kokum, coconut, garlic and green chilli, by gradually adding water.
  2. Extract coconut milk and keep aside.
  3. Add coconut milk to the kokum water.
  4. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Refrigerate.
