Ingredients:
• Coconut – 1
• Kokam – 7 -8
• Garlic – 4 Cloves
• Green chilli – 1
• Coriander leaves – 1 tsp chopped
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak kokum in 3 tbsp of warm water. Grind kokum, coconut, garlic and green chilli, by gradually adding water.
- Extract coconut milk and keep aside.
- Add coconut milk to the kokum water.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Refrigerate.
