Ingredients:

• 3-4 slices Bread (wheat or plain) but day old
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Coriander (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt – to taste
• 2.5 tsp -Oil
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin & Mustard Seeds

Method:

  1. Chop the bread into very tiny cubes. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add seeds and cook until they splutter.
  3. Add the onions and tomatoes and cook till tender.
  4. Add in bread and all other ingredients.
  5. Stir well to mix the masala evenly.
  6. Garnish with more coriander if desired.
  7. Serve hot.
