
Ingredients:
• 3-4 slices Bread (wheat or plain) but day old
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Coriander (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt – to taste
• 2.5 tsp -Oil
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin & Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Chop the bread into very tiny cubes. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add seeds and cook until they splutter.
- Add the onions and tomatoes and cook till tender.
- Add in bread and all other ingredients.
- Stir well to mix the masala evenly.
- Garnish with more coriander if desired.
- Serve hot.
