Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – Bread
• Sugar – as per taste
• 2 tbsps – Cocoa powder
• 2 cups – malai
• Gems – as needed
Method:
- Blend bread, sugar and cocoa powder in a mixie.
- Add some sugar to the malai and blend it.
- Take a container and alternately spread a layer of blended bread and malai.
- Decorate it with Gems and cool it for 30 minutes.
