Ingredients:

• 1 cup – plain yogurt
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – oil
• 1/2 cup – flour
• 1 tsp – baking soda
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 5 tsp – cocoa powder

Method:

  1. Mix the yogurt, sugar, and oil and vanilla essence together.
  2. Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix with the batter. Add 1 tbsp of milk and blend well.
  3. Microwave on high for 11 minutes.
  4. Allow it to stand in the oven for some time before serving.
