Ingredients:

• 100 g – dark chocolate, grated
• 1/2 cup – Sugar granulated
• 1 cup – whipping Cream

Method:

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it, in microwave oven on high for one minute
  2. Meanwhile combine sugar, with the cream and then whip the cream till it is foamy.
  3. When the chocolate melts, fold it in the whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the glasses and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  5. Serve with additional whipped cream, fresh strawberries and shaved chocolate.
