Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – Cauliflower florets (chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Sour Cream or Cream cheese
• 1 cup – Lettuce (finely chopped)
• 3 – Tortillas
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
• To Marinate:
• 4 tbsp – Greek style yogurt
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1tsp – Corn flour
• Salt
• 1 pinch – Orange food color

Method:

  1. Marinate the cauliflower florets with all the ingredients given in the list for marination.
  2. Mix everything well and let them sit for half an hour.
  3. Now heat enough oil in a pan. Add the marinated cauliflower florets and cook in medium flame until they turn almost dry.
  4. Add the soya sauce, tomato ketchup to the cooking vegetables.
  5. Saute until the masala turns dry. Keep aside.
  6. Heat the tortillas in a non-stick pan on both sides. Gently spread the sour cream or cream cheese.
  7. Put the cauliflower tikka filling topped with lettuce leaves, roll the tortillas as wraps. Serve warm or cold.
