
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Cauliflower florets (chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Sour Cream or Cream cheese
• 1 cup – Lettuce (finely chopped)
• 3 – Tortillas
• Oil
• 1 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
• To Marinate:
• 4 tbsp – Greek style yogurt
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1tsp – Corn flour
• Salt
• 1 pinch – Orange food color
Method:
- Marinate the cauliflower florets with all the ingredients given in the list for marination.
- Mix everything well and let them sit for half an hour.
- Now heat enough oil in a pan. Add the marinated cauliflower florets and cook in medium flame until they turn almost dry.
- Add the soya sauce, tomato ketchup to the cooking vegetables.
- Saute until the masala turns dry. Keep aside.
- Heat the tortillas in a non-stick pan on both sides. Gently spread the sour cream or cream cheese.
- Put the cauliflower tikka filling topped with lettuce leaves, roll the tortillas as wraps. Serve warm or cold.
