
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Spinach leaves, washed and chopped fine
• 1.5 cup – Crumbled Paneer
• 1 tsp – Black pepper
• 1/2 cup – Coriander, chopped
• 1 – Large onion, chopped
• Oil for roasting
• Warm Water to knead
• 1/4 cup – Yogurt (optional)
• 1 tsp – Salt
Method:
- Knead dough using water and yogurt (if using), add in the spinach and keep aside.
- Mix coriander, paneer, onion, salt and black pepper all together and keep aside.
- Divide the dough into equal balls and flatten with a rolling pin.
- Stuff in the paneer mix and flatten again.
- Cook on a hot griddle applying a little oil on both sides, till brown spots start appearing.
- Serve it hot with chutney or raita.
