Ingredients:
• 3 tsp – vanilla custard powder
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tsp – instant coffee powder
• 2 tbsp – condensed Milk or Milk or Cream
• 25g – Butter
Method:
- Blend custard powder with a little milk.
- Stir the creamed mixture into the rest of the milk. Heat while stirring till the custard boils.
- Boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar.
- Beat instant coffee powder smoothly into the condensed milk.
- Add to the custard.
- Stir well. Add butter.
- Pour into individual bowls.
- Chill and serve.
