Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Fresh Corn (can also use tinned Corn)
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Medium Size Onion
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• fresh coriander leaves, chopped
• oil for frying
• salt for taste
Method:
- Boil the potatoes, mash them and keep aside.
- Put corn in the mixie and blend slightly.
- Cut the onion into small pieces.
- Mix all the dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, mashed potatoes, chopped onions and churned corn well.
- Make small round balls of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry balls till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green coriander chutney.
